Ovarus Compensation Plan
|
The Ovarus Compensation Plan is structured to reward you for any Personal Purchases you make through the Ovarus Mall as well as for referring other members who make purchases and refer additional members to Ovarus. The Member ID number of any member you refer to Ovarus will automatically be linked to your Member ID number and as they make purchases, you will be able to receive commissions and bonuses.
For every $1.00 in commissions Ovarus earns, Ovarus will pay out $.85 to its members according to the following distribution schedule:
The remaining $.15 is used for Administrative Expenses, Contest Payouts, and Ovarus Profit. Note: All purchases that are made in the International Mall have a corresponding "Business Volume" value or BV. The calculations and examples that follow are based upon the formula that 100 BV will create $10 in Commission Rebates. Plus, all bonuses are calculated on a Monthly Basis.
Personal Commission Bonus PERSONAL COMMISSION BONUS - You will receive 50% of the Commission Rebate earned when you Personally shop at the Ovarus International Mall.
Performance Bonus If an Ovarus member has generated at least 1 BV personally in a month, then the member will be entitled to receive the Performance Bonus income per the tables below. PERFORMANCE BONUS SCHEDULE - As your personally sponsored Members begin to sponsor other Members, you can earn a Performance Bonus from the purchases made in your "Personal Group" (PG). The Performance Bonus is based on the Sum of the Total Business Value (BV) of all products you and your group purchased during the month, according to the following schedule:
Note: The Performance Bonus you receive may be split among the other Team Leaders (1-4) in your Personal Group according to their Bonus Level and Total Business Volume. See examples.
Leadership Bonus LEADERSHIP BONUS - As your personally sponsored members reach the level of Team Captain, then their Group's Business Volume (BV) is no longer added to your Business Volume for determination of the Performance Bonus Schedule. However, you now qualify to earn shares of a Leadership Bonus, according to the following schedule:
*To receive the Gold or Sapphire Leadership bonus, your Personal Group Business Volume must exceed 2500 BV. At the end of each month, 20% of the Total Commissions Ovarus Earns will be allocated for the Leadership Bonus. Each member who has earned at least one Leadership Bonus share will receive a proportional cash bonus based upon the total number of Leadership Bonus Shares earned by all Ovarus Members. As an example, if you qualified at the Sapphire Level this month and earned 2 Leadership Bonus Shares and there were a total of 10 Leadership Bonus Shares earned by the entire membership, then you would be entitled to 20% of the total Leadership Bonus. Note: In order to qualify for the Leadership Bonus, you must Personally do 100 points per month in BV or Business Volume. You only earn the Leadership Bonus shares corresponding to the Highest Level you reach each month.
Additional Benefits
Ovarus is also going to assist those members who generate the highest Personal BV each quarter. The top 15 members who generate the highest Personal BV each quarter will have their Ovarus Member ID rotated through the Ovarus Signup page. This means that for the following quarter, any new members (who weren't refered by another Ovarus member) who sign up at Ovarus, will be assigned your Ovarus Member ID and will become part of your group and you will earn Bonuses from their future Ovarus purchases!
